
Jane Clapp
Jane Clapp focuses her practice on personal injury law. She has special interest in municipal liability law, especially as it relates to police chase cases. She has litigated cases against several municipalities for deaths and injuries to innocent bystanders due to police chases. Jane has often handled the probate work for families with wrongful death cases. She has also assisted in developing the damages aspects of more serious cases.
